How to prepare
- Eat and drink normally — no fasting required.
- Wear a two-piece outfit; avoid moisturisers and oils on the chest.
- Bring previous ECGs and echo reports for direct comparison.
- If you're on cardiac medication, take it as usual.
- Leave 60 minutes free even though the scan itself is shorter.
